AquaRythu collects information you provide directly, including your phone number for secure OTP login, farm name, pond configurations, feed records, and operational data. We may request Location permissions (Coarse/Fine) strictly to provide localized Weather and Panchang (astrological) insights on your dashboard. Location is fetched on-demand and is never continuously tracked in the background. If you upload receipts or farm images, we require Camera and Storage permissions.
Your data is used solely to operate the AquaRythu app. This includes generating feed plans, calculating pond growth metrics (e.g., FCR, ABW), and providing farm analytics. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or farming data to any third parties.
We share data only with essential infrastructure providers required to run the app: Supabase (for secure cloud database hosting) and payment processors (Razorpay and Google Play Billing) to handle PRO subscriptions and in-app purchases securely. We do not store your credit card or raw payment details on our servers. Push notifications are powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
You have the right to delete your account and data at any time. You can do this directly within the app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal profile, farms, ponds, and operational logs are permanently deleted. Certain financial transaction records (such as processed payment orders) may be anonymized and retained solely for legal, tax, and accounting compliance.
If you invite team members (Farmers, Supervisors, Workers) to your farm, you must ensure you have their consent to provide their phone numbers to AquaRythu for invitation purposes.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your data is stored with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies at the database level, ensuring that only you (and the team members you explicitly invite) can access your farm records.
